By golly, it's great to see that more than just a few people remember this game. That was ages ago back in the golden age of computer games. Cheers fellow adventurers.

Slo, what aircraft is that? I'll be damned but I can figure out what it is. 2 seat? The only thing I can ID in that photo is the Hartzell prop.
Mac, its a Piper ARROW. Looks kinda sporty in that picture. I love that airplane. its pretty nice for a private pilot has about 141 knot cruise for less than a 100 bucks a hour in fuel. so i can cover some serious ground in it. it is a 4 seater, but as with most 4 seaters they tend to be more like 3 seaters. depends on the size of the occupants.

Still around, though not much into the online games anymore. Play a lot of co-op and tabletop with my kids these days. Or singleplayer boring people games like CK2 or Mount & Blade.

Dammit, I should have recognized that. From that picture it looked like a 2 seater and I couldn't figure out what 2 seater it could be with that cowling design. Arrow's are fantastic planes. I used to fly an Archer III and always wished I could find a good Arrow. They are pretty uncommon around here. The low wing pipers are so much more fun to fly than the high wing single engine Cessnas, especially in the RG variants.

What area are you in Mac? I learned to fly 150's 152's 172's and wanted to buy a 182(because it is a true 4 seater) I like the whole full stall landings, where as my arrow i drive it onto the ground for the most part, that hershey bar wing drops like a rock in ground effect, so you have to carry more speed, i am sure the Archer is the same way. I had looked at a 79 Cherokee Six, but they are to proud of those for my budget. and i decided i would probably never have that many people with me at once anyway. I found a super great deal on this Arrow, has a strong engine in it 1000 left on TBO. As a private that should last me a very long time. So back to my story, i wanted a 182 but when i moved out here for work. i found there were very few high wings around. everyone loves low wings here. So long story shorter, I bought this and love it, especially given that i am getting complex time now. This will help my insurance when i move up to a Seneca II Turbo later lol.. eventually i want a true 200knot machine.

You still fly?

Have not been here in a while. Nice to see there is some activity. Dusty sent me a message a few days back so I know she is around as well. I see Macros was here. Been a long time.

Macros and Beamer...good to see some of the old/young timers still check in now and then! -)

I'm still testing various games here and there. I'm now a member of The Older Gamers...because they think like I do! -)

I'm still around on the InterTubes....

Currently playing ArcheAge and Devilian but those are losing my interest. The only reason I stay in ArcheAge is because I can glide around and look for sunken treasure!

I am currently testing games to which I've donated funds via Indiegogo and Kickstarter. Testing AdventureQuest 3D (pre-alpha), Underworld Ascendent (pre-alpha), Shroud of the Avatar (soon to be released), Earthlock:Festival of Magic (pre-alpha), Descent Underground (beta), Project Gorgon, The Repopulation (was but now waiting for them to finish switching game engines), and Star Citizen.

Waiting to test: Bard's Tale IV, The Mandate, Battle Chasers: Nightwar, and Super Roman Conquest.

Futzing around in: Godus, Cube World, Trove.

On my machine but I rarely visit: LOTRO (Lifetime Founder), SWTOR, The Secret World, Marvel Heroes, ESO, Neverwinter, LEGO Minifigures Online, Guild Wars/Guild Wars 2, Defiance, EQ Landmark, Ryzom, Age of Wushu, and a few which are browser-based games. I tested all of these...some I stayed a year afterwards and some I stopped after testing...but they are still on my hard drives (RAID 0+1 system).

Wow...said too much...
