Explanation of TownCrier

I created an Account for the site called TownCrier this account is intented to act as an announcer of Website and Yserbius News and Events. Slohand makes so many post now I sort of wanted to get his name off the board a little so other names would be out there.also this allows all Yserbius Moderators to access the TownCrier Account should they need to make announcements also. IF needed I will give the password when you guys or gals need to use it. So I believe the rest is self explanitory. Thanks all.. Jim

Would it be a good idea to lock the topics the Town Crier sends out? Since it's goina be used mostly for announcements?
