EU guild Nihilum just took down Kael'thas Sunstrider, the final boss of Tempest Keep and holder of the second of two vials that allow access to Hyjal. After getting their raid attuned to Hyjal, they supposedly went into the epic battle and downed the first boss, Rage Winterchill, who only dropped 1 quest item for the Black Temple Attunement quest. So far there have been no screenshots of their progression past Kael'thas, but they're supposedly coming soon.

Fellow EU guild Forte killed Kael'thas two hours after Nihilum.
Interestingly enough, it seems that Kael'thas only dropped 1 tier5 chest token, as opposed to the 2 that are supposed to be dropping off 25man bosses post patch 2.1.
