Avatar Assistance

I do not have a web page for a url link to an avatar picture, but do have jpg of my old Yserbius image on my pc. I have tried to use the "Upload Avatar from your machine:" but cannot make it upload.
Any suggestions?

Whats the size and dimensions? Might be to big? If ya have an hosting account, ya can FTP and hotlink it... Or if it still doesn't work, email it to me and I'll host it for ya to hotlink off of, if Slo can't figure out whats up...
