Sidhe or He?
::jumps back at the sudden unfurlin' of ginormous wings!::
OH! I see by yer wings yer a fairy a sorts, sire! I'll tell you, there's been more then one night me cheeks have kept me comfy as I sat in the middle of a toadstool circle, waitin' fer one just such as yerself. Well, maybe not so big, an' maybe more of a sidhe than a he. Me friend Buggery is always goin' on about how he met this fairy an' that fairy, an' right up until this big city tavern, and yer long hard leg I thought he was jus' bein' silly!
::viciously kicks one staggerin' bat crawlin' towards her ankle with a dusty slippered foot. A second scurries back towards the wall it jus' peeled itself off of::
Now here's abit a somethin' that ya probably already know. But as a service ta the ladies and not so ladylike of this tavern Imma gonna tell them why they should buy me blossoms an' look on the bright side a things. Here tis, Lilly's Fairy Facts:
"...Fresh flowers an' laughin' are the best ways of attractin' fairies to ya fer each an every flower has its own fairy an' each tear that tickles its way down yer face that's caused by laughin' makes a new fairy..."
Buggery's always laughin' an' cryin', sometimes I've seen him step on his own foot with ta other, just to bring on the tears. He be an odd fellow. Happy though. Very happy!
As fer love, it starts as a dance, and yer balance better be pretty good, sire. Do fairies have rhythm? Buggery never said...
This flower be yer's, sire. No charge.
