Slo, you get my email with Navic's info? Here's the outline I said I'd break out... It's a start anyway.... Anyone have any changes they want, make them in Red and send it back to me. Slo, also, don't forget the login info.

I'm prolly not going to do a Newsletter this month. But I will send out a Holiday greeting.... Does anyone have any message to give out? Actually, if you're seeing this email/post... I requier you to give a holiday shout out. If not, I may have to reconsider your admin privilages... ;-p

Yes i emailed Navic and got through, he has been working, I guess someone got onto him about using the email and internet at work so he been laying low. not sure who else is authorized to view the boards. need to sign em up on the dev list if they yell on here.. Slo

Uh, what happened to the document? I'll have that "attatchment" portion ready tomorrow... Also goina see if I can round up my sketch book and break out some scenes for ya.

Slo, I unzipped YSUO on one of my pc's, it's just not the same with out people. lol Me and my kids played a bit. I don't think I'd be able to host or any thing but it's still in good shape.

Been playing titan quest on my network with my kids too.

Is the YS2 ready for testing or anything? I need something to play with lol! Did you find a host site yet? J

Well i am looking for a windows box, so when i get one setup, we can reload YSUO and start it back up while we are testing YS2 neither will have a big impact on server lag. will let you know i am trying to get through this week at work then look for server whle i am off on vacation next week. Sounds cool. It's fun but if it's going to cost you extra, I don't know that it would be real worth it. We did have a fair base going and it would probalby grow but still, we didn't get over 20 ppl playing at the same time either. I have been looking at Kingdom Reborn. RunUO isn't going to support it at this time, they don't want to take a change and have EA come after them, but there are some ppl that have modified the core so it works, I don't know that I'm that impressed with it yet either, better 3d but it generally runs slower.

I do have some of our customs scripts and everything ready for RunUO 2.0, but still have quite a few scripts to get to work with 2.0. That may be something you want to think about if you start up the server again...start over with RunUO 2.0 or stick with 1.0. They have not released another real stable version for a production server and you have to keep up to date on the svn releases in order to get things working that we have working...

I enjoy WoW also, but that could be risky to host, not that difficult to set up and run but it's frowned upon.
I checked out the everquest emulator also and stacked up to WoW, it lost. Both the emulator and the game.

Holy cats I get to rambling.....hahaha

Other than busy, how's the new job?
